Monashee Powder Constructing New Lodge

Construction of a new lodge for Monashee Powder Snowcats, who operate near Revelstoke, is well underway.  They’ve broken ground on the new guest lodge addition, as well as completely renovated the existing lodge to include a new social area with bar, a larger massage room and a stretching and exercising room.

The new lodge expansion will include 16 new guest rooms in a separate addition to the main lodge.  Each room will have its own ensuite bathroom which will provide more privacy and comfort for guests. Most rooms will also have two extra long 3/4 sized beds, or a queen sized bed with an extra long 3/4 to ensure a good sleep in preparation  for the next day of outdoor activities.

Monashee Powder’s lodge is located on Tsuius Mountain, southwest of Revelstoke, British Columbia, in the middle of 66 km2 (17,000 acres) of terrain. Tsuius Mountain is on the western edge of the Monashee Mountains and receives an average annual snowfall of more than 60 feet. The massive terrain and safety conscious professional guides enable guests to have fun and outstanding ski days.  They provide ski holidays with 2, 3, 4 and 7 day trips.

Monashee Powder Snowcats are excited about next season and riding in Miles of Powder.
