WorldHost Training Services Goes Online

WorldHost® is recognized by Tourism British Columbia for providing world-class customer service training solutions, specifically adapted for the tourism and hospitality industry.


You can register online for, Communication Tools for Service Professionals, a 2–3 hour self-directed online course that teaches enhanced communication skills required to deliver superior customer service. The course objectives include how social media influences customer expectations and recommendations on how to take action for service recovery.

 

An alternative to classroom led learning, you have 24/7 access and three weeks for completion.  Interactive learning remains important, with video and audio clip based activities, a discussion board to share and gain ideas plus a private journal to record your thoughts.

 

A key factor in the success of WorldHost is having certified trainers who create positive learning experiences in the classroom.  We also have a growing population who want to learn online – due to time contraints, cost, geographic location or personal perference.  Learning concepts delivered online will support service professionals to take pride in themselves, their company and our province.
